By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

Tasteza Kitchen & Cafe provides food and beverage services including:

• Dine-in at our restaurant in Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune
• Food delivery through WhatsApp, Zomato, and Swiggy
• Takeaway / parcel orders
• Catering and bulk orders for offices and events
• Promotional offers and loyalty programs via WhatsApp and Instagram

2. WhatsApp Business Usage

When you interact with us through WhatsApp Business (a Meta platform):

• You consent to receive order confirmations, delivery updates, and service-related messages
• You may receive promotional messages only if you have opted in to our WhatsApp channel or group
• You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly
• We will never use your WhatsApp contact for spam or unauthorised third-party marketing

3. Ordering & Payments

• All orders placed through WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify menu items and prices without prior notice
• Payment must be made as agreed at time of order (cash, UPI, or online payment)
• Orders placed through Zomato or Swiggy are governed by their respective terms and conditions

4. Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and location
• We currently deliver within Hinjewadi Phase 3 and nearby areas of Pune
• Minimum order value for free delivery may apply and will be communicated at time of order
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, traffic, etc.)

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing, before preparation begins
• Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be accepted
• In case of incorrect or unsatisfactory orders, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
• For orders via Zomato/Swiggy, their respective refund policies apply

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Place fake, fraudulent, or malicious orders
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff through any communication channel
• Share false or misleading reviews about our restaurant
• Use our WhatsApp contact to send spam or unsolicited messages to us

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media including our logo, brand name "Tasteza Kitchen & Cafe", food photography, and promotional materials are the property of Tasteza Kitchen & Cafe and may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Offers & Promotions

• All offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Tasteza Kitchen & Cafe reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasteza Kitchen & Cafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
